We are seeking an experienced virtual sales assistant based in the Philippines to help drive new business development for our moving and junk removal company. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and closing new B2B clients, primarily focused on apartment complexes, property managers, and contractors/drywall companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential new clients in target industries (apartment complexes, property managers, contractors)
- Initiate outreach via
- Pitch our company's services and negotiate contracts for recurring weekly/biweekly bulk trash pickups, property cleanouts, and job site cleanup
- Follow up on proposals and close new business deals
- Maintain detailed records of your prospecting efforts and sales pipeline in our CRM
- Provide regular updates on your activities and results
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or waste management industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- High level English communication
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Strong research and prospecting skills to identify and qualify new leads
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales best practices
- Based in the Philippines with reliable internet access
Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time, remote role for 2-3 days per week, 2-3 hours per day. Compensation will include a base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses for each new client you onboard. Exact pay will be commensurate with your experience and results.
