JOB OVERVIEW

Hi I'm Spencer Pawliw! The founder of a growth-focused, full-service, eCommerce agency in Vancouver, Canada.

I am currently hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant who can join our team & help us keep our team organized and execute tasks across multiple areas of our business.

With over 20+ different clients & an active team of 15, we have a lot going on! And for us to continue to deliver a great service, we need another great teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help us out.

And... That's exactly where you come in!

Your Role At The Agency?

As a Virtual Assistant at Easy A Media, you are responsible for helping our team complete assigned tasks with extreme attention to detail. Training and SOPs will be provided for a lot of areas, but we are looking for someone who does have working experience inside of marketing agencies.

You will have open contact with everyone at our agency & will also have the opportunity to grow into an Executive Assitant role.

For now, some of the tasks you will be handling include:

- Updating & optimizing Google Sheets for clients
- Data logging and organizing Google Sheets for our agency
- Sending templated follow-up messages & emails to potential clients & content creators.
- Organize Google Drives
- Updating information inside of Shopify
- Translating ad copy with AI tools
- Summarizing data with AI tools
- Helping Spencer (the CEO) with day-to-day tasks & organizing projects for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Who Are We Looking For?

We have one rule at the Agency... That rule is that you need to have the DESIRE to grow. If you do not want to excel and grow into a better individual, we are not the company for you.

We're looking for someone who:
- Experience working with agencies or eCommerce brands
- Excruciatingly high level of attention to detail with all tasks
- Time-efficient, but willing to spend extra time to do things right
- Strong willingness to do the ‘boring’ work required
- Great communicator with the team
- Coachable & desire to grow skill set & personal traits

And most importantly... Someone who can have a great time with our team. As serious as we sound, we all love what we do and treat each other like family.
