JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to enhance our digital engagement. This role involves managing multiple social media accounts to reach and interact with target audiences, particularly boat owners and rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage several Facebook accounts for outreach to boat owners, sending daily messages and tracking interactions using Excel.
Conduct outreach to boat rental companies on Instagram, using direct messages and emails where available.
Set up and update social media profiles with necessary pictures and boat information.
Monitor responses and manage follow-ups across platforms to ensure active engagement.
Compile regular reports on engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in digital outreach and social media management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with social media business tools.
Strong communication skills in English.
