Job Opening: Sales Virtual Assistant for Professional Power Washing & Maintenance

Salary: $700-$800 with the opportunity for an increase after one year, based on exceptional performance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ADEPT AT INCREASING SALES THROUGH IDENTIFYING AND NETWORKING WITH POTENTIAL LEADS.**

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage all remote sales and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Process customer inquiries and generate accurate estimates for our services.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Handle all invoicing and payment processing with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize sales expertise to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales growth.
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
-Will handle customer and team communications via calls and emails.
- Follow all tasks assigned by the executive team with dedication and professionalism.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics to inform strategy and improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client issues promptly and effectively.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant sales administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Prior experience in sales support, including lead generation, customer inquiries, and relationship-building, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the service or maintenance industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
