We are a Marietta, Georgia-based fireplace company that has been doing business in the metro-Atlanta area since 1991. Our technicians use their knowledge to teach our customers the safety of their fireplaces and hearth appliances. The company just changed management, and is now operated by a second generation owner.

You will spend your day assisting the CEO on a variety of tasks including:
• Marketing and sales campaigns through a CRM system
• Manage social media posts
• Create market materials using CANVA
• Video editing w/ Upgrade to see actual info
• Help develop process and training manuals
• Draft and format fireplace and chimney inspection reports
• Storing and organizing electronic files
• Managing email inboxes
• Draft emails and prepare other correspondence
• Gather data on trends, industry best practices
• Research products
• Purchase goods and materials
• Monitor projects, conduct internal communications and organize company data
• Prepare itineraries, book hotels, rental cars, flights, etc.
• Other tasks as needed.

About me:
My name is Ryan. I was a lawyer in NYC for 10 years before I bought this home services business from my family. I have been working tirelessly to modernize this traditional, paper-based business. My focus has been to implement technology and modern market strategies to grow the business. I need someone to work directly with me on a daily basis to further that goal.
