**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Research and identify new apartments and buildings for advertising purposes.
2. Creatively source and select high-quality images from various listings and websites to improve visual appeal.
3. Post advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist, Zumper, and RentHop.
4. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, optimizing information, and filtering content for maximum lead generation per ad cent.
5. Leverage marketing experience to enhance the effectiveness of advertisements.
6. Ensure proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Pro.

**Qualifications:**
- Marketing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Pro.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
