We are an innovative property management company specializing in short-term rental properties. Our mission is to provide outstanding guest experiences while maintaining efficient operations for property owners. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Guesty Pro Property Management System (PMS) and have a strong understanding of various digital tools essential for modern property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Short-Term Rental Property: Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient property management.
Vacation Rental Property Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with vacation rental management.
Managing Direct Booking Website: Keep the company’s direct booking website up-to-date and user-friendly.
Managing Listings on Portals: Efficiently manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team on specific deliverables, contributing to promotional campaigns and strategies.
Ordering Supplies & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors like cleaners, plumbers, and electricians for timely services.
Managing Guest Reservations: Oversee the reservation process from booking to check-out.
Guest Inquiry & Complaint Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and address complaints promptly and professionally.
Trip Agenda Assistance: Assist guests with their trip agendas and provide local recommendations.
Providing Guest Support: Offer top-notch guest support through various communication channels.
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Utilizing Google Workspace: Proficient use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Business for efficient management and communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Guesty Pro PMS and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Business).
Experience with property listing platforms, including
Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with the marketing team.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping experience.
WordPress proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
