JOB OVERVIEW

Must have at least 2 years in assisting with tax preparation in the US

Responsibilities:

Collect and organize financial documents, including receipts, invoices, bank statements, and other relevant records for both personal and business accounts.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation needed for income tax filing.
Prepare summary reports and document lists to assist the CPA in reviewing and filing taxes.
Communicate effectively and promptly with the team to clarify or request additional information.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records and personal information.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role involving financial documentation or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial documents and basic understanding of the income tax filing process (specific experience with U.S. tax documents is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
