JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investing and property flipping team. This role requires managing a variety of administrative tasks to keep our business running smoothly. The position is full-time, remote, and demands excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the setup and termination of utilities for multiple properties.
Manage financial responsibilities including bill payments, invoicing, and tracking payments to contractors.
Ensure all properties have active insurance and handle associated documentation.
Maintain an organized digital filing system using Google Workspace for all real estate documentation such as transactions, contracts, and communications.
Use Excel for data management and reporting on project statuses, financials, and operational metrics.
Communicate efficiently via Email and Google Chat to ensure clarity and progress across projects.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant, with specific experience in real estate or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.

Work Hours & Benefits:
The position requires working 3-4 hours daily during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
