Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to remotely join a Med Spa team in Arizona. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and maintaining the company's online presence. Your responsibilities will include timely email communication, social media management, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to messages, and maintaining an active online presence.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
General Shopify oversight.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and organizing virtual files.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure a cohesive and streamlined workflow.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to respond to communication within minutes.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in email communication and scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Med Spa VA experience is a plus.
