As we expand, we are looking to enhance our team with a Virtual Assistant who can manage client reporting and campaign refills, allowing us to focus on strategic planning and campaign creation.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to support our team by:

Generating simple client reports that reflect campaign performance.
Managing the refill of ongoing email campaigns according to client needs and schedules.
Assisting in the administration of our email platforms and client databases.
Communicating effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.

Responsibilities
Compile and send weekly and monthly client reports.
Monitor campaign progress and prepare campaigns for refill.
Maintain up-to-date records of campaign data.
Coordinate with the campaign manager to ensure continuity and efficiency in email operations.
Create Apollo Campaigns

Requirements
