Job Type: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time

About the Role:

As a burgeoning children’s book author targeting entrepreneurial and self-help reading parents, I am seeking a highly talented and dedicated Virtual Assistant. This role is pivotal in executing effective marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a professional work ethic, able to meet deadlines and contribute innovative ideas for boosting book sales.

Key Responsibilities:

-Digital Marketing and Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Amazon. Experience in these platforms is essential.
-Communication: Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, necessary for interacting with various stakeholders and managing promotional content.
-Author Support: Assist with various tasks related to publishing and promoting the book. Prior experience as an author’s assistant is a plus.
-Creativity and Strategy: Actively contribute ideas for marketing strategies and sales enhancement.
-Professionalism and Time Management: Handle tasks professionally and adhere to deadlines. Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Qualifications:

-Strong background in digital marketing, particularly in Facebook, Google, and Amazon ads.
-Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written English.
-Professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Creative thinker, open to brainstorming and implementing new sales strategies.
-Previous experience as a VA, especially in an author or publishing setting, is highly advantageous.
