Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have impeccable English skills and a proven track record in administrative roles. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of daily operations, primarily handling inbound calls, managing customer interactions, and coordinating schedules using our CRM system, Housecall Pro. Additionally, you will work extensively with Google Suites to maintain organization and streamline communication.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound calls from customers efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal organization and customer satisfaction.
Utilize Housecall Pro to update customer records and manage scheduling.
Prepare and organize documents and reports using Google Suites.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Located in the Philippines with a dedicated home office space suitable for remote work.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Experience in handling inbound calls and customer service.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Housecall Pro, and proficiency in Google Suites.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
