Responsibilities:
As a VA, you'll wear many hats and play a crucial role in various aspects of our business, including:
- Perform inventory management duties including re-ordering inventory, developing shipping plans, identifying efficiency improvement opportunities, and nurturing supplier relationships
- Prepare and analyze key performance indicators for inventory, sales, and marketing Recommend and carry out tasks to improve performance based on these numbers (this includes working on pricing structure, coupon and other promotions, PPC using Helium 10’s Adtomic)
- Analyze Customer Feedback and create weekly reports
- Competitor/Niche analysis
- Building out a list of SOPs for various tasks
- Researching new products and supplies

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Amazon FBA brands, and a team that operates from different time zones
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Work independently and have the ability to solve problems in new and creative ways (you will face new challenges every week)
- Excellent knowledge of the Amazon platform, Helium 10, and Excel
- Advanced level of verbal and written English
- Speaking Chinese is a big plus (but not required)
