Virtual Assistant at Boutique Real Estate Investment Company

Based in Dallas, TX, our real estate investment company is seeking a part-time virtual assistant to join our team to support the partner in various duties. As a key support member, you'll engage in a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth running of our business. From administrative duties to content-creation, managing bookkeeping, executing marketing campaigns, and social media support, your role will be multifaceted and vital to our success.

Responsibilities:

· Handle administrative tasks – booking meetings, updating CRM list, etc.

· Support and copywriting for marketing email campaigns for investor updates, monthly newsletters, and events.

· Manage basic bookkeeping.

· Support on social media platforms, engaging and commenting on other content creators. Reposting same content across different platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

· Ability to create a visually appealing 30-sec to 60-sec reels for social media platforms is a plus, but not essential.

· Provide support on various investment prospecting opportunities – collecting comparables, calling brokers, reviewing deals.

· Utilize ActiveCampaign for email marketing campaigns and customer engagement.


Requirements:

· Proven experience in administrative roles or virtual assistance.

· Strong writing and copywriting skills, fluency in English.

· Familiarity with bookkeeping concepts.

· Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques.

· Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

· Ability to create visually appealing multimedia content.

· Experience with ActiveCampaign.

· Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
