JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in basic VA functions such as calendar and email management, alongside proficiency in call-handling. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in Lead Generation outreach, and a good understanding of social media content creation and engagement. Knowledge of creative graphics and media is a significant plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks efficiently
Conduct outbound Lead Generation outreach campaigns
Manage and engage with social media platforms
Create and curate social media content
Design creative graphics and media assets as needed
Provide support in call-handling and customer inquiries (if necessary)
Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in calendar and email management tools
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Experience in conducting Lead Generation outreach activities
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
Ability to create and edit graphics using design software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
