We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator. This role requires a highly organized and goal-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, providing administrative support and leveraging social media platforms to enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
-Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing documents.
-Develop and implement systems to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
-Maintain a strong online presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to
-Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to promote our brand and products/services.
-Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
-Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in administrative roles, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
-Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive attitude.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
