Virtual Assistant / Paralegal

Virtual assistant for a small but busy personal injury firm located in Massachusetts in the United States.

Tasks will include organizing files, sending out letters of representation to insurance companies, requesting police reports, requesting medical records, and following up to make sure we've received medical records.

There may be some limited client contact through emails to confirm if a client has finished treating and where they have been for treatment.

I am looking for someone who already has experience with these tasks. I particularly would like to find someone who has already worked as a paralegal for a personal injury firm in the United States.
