Virtual Assistant Metadata Production and Entry

We are currently seeking a versatile and diligent Virtual Assistant to join our team, supporting two key areas of our operations.

The role(s) are for two companies of which both I am the founding director. One company works in optics and is over 15 years old. The second a publishing company which is over 8 years old and publishes content in all media forms, while successfully running its own YouTube Channels. I am constantly in need of data entry support or support around and related to metadata and product data. Our current assistant from the Philippines worked for us many years is moving on after getting married. A big loss for us, but also an opportunity to reinvent and optimise. If you start in January, you might be able to have a chat with Julie to learn some things about the roles and the companies.

Role 2 would currently be low-volume of work - gig based. You may be supported by a 2nd lead VA to support them in their work.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. **YouTube/TikTok Metadata Entry**
- Accurately input metadata for various channels.
- Ensure all entered information is correct and up-to-date.
- Potentially scheduling Video publication data
- Responding to comments with templated replies

2. **Product Information Data Entry**
- Input and manage product information for import lists e.g. a list of microscope product data
- Verify and ensure accuracy of all product details before entry.
- Other tasks around product data such as image upload, or technical document upload/management

**Requirements:**
- Fluency in English for effective communication and data comprehension.
- Ability to work flexibly, catering to sporadic or project-based demands.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- No prior experience necessary, but familiarity with social media management or product data management is advantageous.

**Details around Payment and Work Schedule:**
- We can pay directly into your PHP account using our Wise account. Currency can be what you require (e.g. USD, PHP)
- Ideally it would be a monthly payment, but with life being unpredictable, we can do bi-weekly on exceptions or per agreement
- We would require you to work with a work-tracker. From experience, it helps keep a good work ethic.
- Work would be project based, gig based or sporadic. I think it would fit in well, if you are supplementing your current income, adding us to a small group of clients you support, or for a candidate who has some time while children are at school.
- We generally have a lot of work available, and in periods the hours per week or month could be 25-30. The role is a passive role - what this means is that if we have a large project that could easily be 25 hours per week - but mean we expect you to suddenly be available for 25 hours a week. The execution of the project is not tied to an activity needed immediately. For instance, we have thousands of videos for YouTube, but the data you are entering is for videos that will be published in 6 months. So, if you need 4 weeks instead of 1 week to complete the project, it does not affect the business.


**Renumeration**
- While it should be based on experience, we are looking at an hourly income of 4 USD p/h.
