Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with a background in merchant services and credit card processing. The main role involves initiating cold calls to businesses to inquire and inform them about our merchant services offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchant services, exceptional communication skills in English, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses to discuss their merchant services and credit card processing requirements.
Clearly explain the benefits and features of our merchant services solutions.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Record and track responses and feedback from calls in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team for follow-up and client engagement.
Uphold professionalism and build rapport with potential clients during calls.
Requirements:

Experience in merchant services or credit card processing sector.
Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English and a clear dialect.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM software.
Submission of a video and voice recording demonstrating cold calling skills in English.
