Virtual Assistant, Graphic design for Amazon and consultancy business

We are a thriving business, focusing on ecommerce and also advising companies on different matters. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team (role could evolve into a full time at some point). This role offers flexibility, requiring 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, totalling 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will undergo an interview, a possible quick test in any of the below requirements and a one-month trial period to ensure a mutual fit. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with a fast growing, international business.
Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Graphic design for marketing materials, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon.
• Creating and editing product listing images and infographics (on both Amazon and Direct to consumer website), to optimize product visibility.
• Crafting engaging Amazon A+ content.
• Managing tasks within Amazon Seller Central. Contacting customer support, opening cases etc.
• Assisting in product catalog creation and management.
• Communicating with suppliers and preparing order drafts for approval.
• Drafting English written content and relevant articles to post on website blogs
• Developing presentations for sales pitches and internal use.
• Lead generation via cold email, Linked-in etc.
• Content creation on social media platforms
• Handling administrative duties to support the business’s smooth operations.
• Calendars management
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Self-driven, honest, passionate, and creative mindset - are all an absolute must.
• Great communication skills. Able to ask the right questions prior to taking on a task.
• Comfortable speaking with different nationalities across different cultures.
• Great time management. Ability to summarise/report on progress and issues in real-time. Proven prior work experience is a must (2 years and up).
• English - spoken and written - at least B2 level (Upper Intermediate). C2 level and above Preferred.
• Must have good, stable internet connection.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management (at least 1 year experience is a must).
• Comfortable, familiar and has some experience with using Google Drive’s working environment.
• Experience in MS Office tools like Word, Power Point, Excel is a must (at least 1 year hands-on experience using each tool).
• building presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (catalog/inventory management, fees control, opening cases with seller support, uploading flat files, etc.). This is a must.
• Experience in creating A+ content for Amazon listings is a must (designed at least 10 A+ content for Amazon listings)
• Proficiency in Canva (at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience)
• experience with Photoshop and/or illustrator for graphic design is beneficial but not a must.
• Have used AI (chat GPT, Gemini, Midjourney etc.) to create content for at least a year. An ability to craft prompts int the
most accurate way to achieve the desired result. This is a must.
• Some experience with database management.
• Some experience with managing mass email services to research and obtain leads is preferred but not a must.
• Video editing is beneficial but not a must.
• Experience with TikTok Shop is beneficial but not a must.
• some experience using Helium 10 for product research.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is beneficial but not a must
