We're seeking a permanent full-time VA for our print-on-demand products, including coffee mugs, blankets, home decor, and more. This is an entry-level position working from home during Philippines office hours. If you have the right attitude, we are happy to provide training to anyone with no relevant ecommerce experience. There is room to grow if you are willing to learn.
We are looking for someone with a good fit for our Filipino team of Virtual Assistants. We treat our staff with respect and they have been with us for years. We pay directly to your local bank account in PHP so you won't be subject to US$ currency fluctuations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Keyword research, product research, competition analysis, order entry, listing new products, data analysis and customer service. You work during Philippines office hours.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 28 years old
- Excellent written English skills to effectively respond to customer mails (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including knowledge of specific formulas.
- Accurate and organized, with sharp attention to details. As this job involves order processing, please DO NOT APPLY if you are not a meticulous person.
- Hardworking, self-motivated and resourceful. You can work independently.
- Willing to put in extra hours when necessary.
