JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple companies in the event sector based in Southern California. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us expand our reach, engage potential clients, local publications, and maintain strong connections with returning customers. This is a part-time job that can eventually be full-time depending on the growth of our company and there's an opportunity for a raise depending on preliminary results.

Key Responsibilities:

Email
Outreach: Initiate and manage email outreach campaigns to potential clients, local Southern California publications, and other potential opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Create and send engaging email blasts to our returning customers to keep them informed about upcoming events, promotions, and special offers.
List Management: Maintain and organize email lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing email outreach and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing and outreach, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in SEO and knowledge of Southern California events/ publications is a plus.
