Virtual Assistant / Ecommerce Store Manager

We are a company based in Ireland specializing in catering equipment (commercial refrigeration & commercial appliances) and are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a focus on E-commerce Management. This role involves managing various aspects of our online store, particularly using the Shopify platform, including customer service (Phone calls, emails, livechat), order processing, bookkeeping, social media management, website management, and other administrative duties. A strong command of English is essential, as we operate in a predominantly English-speaking market. The position will begin with a one-month trial period to assess suitability. Knowledge of catering equipment, dropshipping or experience with an e-commerce store selling expensive items is highly advantageous.
