About Us:

We are a dynamic e-commerce brand based in Europe, dedicated to continuously enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. As we expand, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is deeply familiar with the e-commerce sector, particularly Amazon, and who can bring strong organizational skills to our team.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and adept at learning quickly. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for organizing and optimizing our operational processes, updating our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and generating regular reports. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with inventory management software, especially Linnworks, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization and SOP Management: Develop, document, and maintain clear and concise SOPs. Organize and streamline our e-commerce processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Detailed Organization: Apply meticulous attention to detail to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations, ensuring all aspects are aligned and functioning effectively.

Inventory Management: Utilize tools like Linnworks to manage stock levels, orders, and logistics efficiently, contributing to smoother operations.

Learning and Adaptation: Rapidly absorb and apply new operational practices and updates, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our processes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to implement processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within a remote environment.

Requirements:

Strong background in e-commerce, particularly experienced with platforms like Amazon.

Demonstrated ability to create, organize, and manage detailed processes and SOPs.

High level of proficiency in inventory management systems, preferably Linnworks.

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
