Position Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with experience in Shopify product listing, social media marketing, graphic design, and customer service support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our online presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
- Execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for marketing initiatives.
- Provide customer service support through email, online chat, and direct messages, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


Requirements:
- Previous experience with Shopify product listing, social media marketing, and graphic design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates overseas.
