JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) who will be responsible for handling voice customer service interactions, chat, and email, with a keen eye for interior design. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Shopify and Zendesk as these platforms will be integral to their core functions. Additionally, familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is desired.

Responsibilities:

Handle voice customer service interactions, chat, and email efficiently and professionally.
Utilize Shopify and Zendesk platforms to manage customer inquiries, orders, and issues.
Demonstrate proficiency in interior design principles to assist customers with product selection and design recommendations.
Engage with customers on social media platforms to address inquiries and promote brand engagement.
Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm CST.
Respond promptly to chat messages and manage online appointment scheduling for clients.
Present a professional and polished image during calls and video chats with clients.
Ensure exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet client needs and expectations.
Fluent English proficiency is essential for establishing brand trust and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment.
Proficiency in Shopify and Zendesk platforms is required.
Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is highly desirable.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering expedited service and fostering customer loyalty.
