Virtual Assistant / Customer Service

I’m a self employed astrologer and tarot reader who has recently gone viral and I’m very overwhelmed with the amount of new clients and orders, therefore I’m seeking assistance in someone monitoring my email everyday and prioritizing a list of objectives for me ranked by priority level. My desire is to have someone manage the influx of questions, requests and order status check ins from new and old customers for me while also overseeing my social media platforms in case they reach out there as well via comment. Other than that I may need help with minor backend tasks like uploading a YouTube video, sending order emails, managing marketing etc.
