Virtual Assistant & Course Manager

The Virtual Assistant & Course Manager will be working across two of our businesses. Both businesses are within the property education industry with a focus on serviced accommodation/airbnb The businesses are listed below

SA WINNERS CIRCLE
This is a subscription based business with 100 members, we run this via a whatsapp group and collect payments on stripe. Our CRM for this business is within Wix but we can train you on how to use this. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain relationships in this group and answer questions about serviced accommodation for our members, based on their knowledge or the ability to quickly find an answer online and deliver it to the group. We also need someone to help with the admin and reconciliation of missed payments, removals from the group and additions to the group. Serviced Accomodation Success
This is a training program hosted on the "Skool" platform. We run a 12 week module where we have weekly calls with our students and provide them with training materials or pre recorded videos to assist them in their journey. We needs someone that can come in and add value. By this we mean a quality assurance role making sure our delegates have everything they need and also checking that each delegate has completed their weekly assignments. We will need assistance on tracking simple information like their contact details and attendance on calls. We will also appreciate anyone that is good at making documents with tools like canva. You will also be in charge of booking/scheduling zoom calls

we expect this role to grow with the potential of you becoming a manager as well so we will create Standards of Practice for nearly everything we do.
