Virtual Assistant | Cold Outreach, Appointment Setting and Reporting for Australian Media Agency

About Us:
Revolve Marketing is a dynamic media agency focused on helping online brands enhance their online presence and drive substantial ROI through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our lead generation and appointment setting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads.
- List leads in Instantly software for cold email outreach.
- Execute cold email outreach, crafting personalised and engaging copy.
- Convert interested leads into scheduled meetings with the CEO.
- Utilise social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok for prospecting.
- Employ various online search methods to find suitable prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and cold outreach.
- Proficiency in using CRM/email marketing software (experience with Instantly or Lemlist is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise deliverables over tracked hours.

Tools and Software:
- Instantly for email outreach.
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
- General online search methods for prospecting.

Reporting:
- Directly report to the CEO of Revolve Marketing.

Training and Onboarding:
A two-week training period with the CEO to learn all necessary tools and processes.

Work Hours:
Part-time; hours are flexible and not tracked. The focus is on meeting deliverables.
