Supporting the CEO of an Ecommerce Coaching and Mentoring Program
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks

- Filter and prioritize
- - Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Organize and schedule tasks for the team
- Assist in client communication and support as needed
- Respond to general inquiries and schedule appointments as needed
Reporting
- Update and maintain client and sales trackers and spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses as required
Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Enter data into various systems, such as CRM and project management tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with tea
- Participate in tea
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer
- Availability to work part-time (approximately 15 hours per week) with flexibility (times must be based on Australian working hours)
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience with
- Familiarity with platforms such as Slack, Google Drive, WordPress, Canva, Notion, ChatGPT and Opus Clip is advantageous. However, training will be provided.
