We are an online social enterprise and membership organisation based in Australia. We specialise in women in business and leadership. Im looking for someone who can be a right hand to the founder and CEO
I would love someone who is disciplined to complete tasks in a timely manner.
You are heavily relied on in a team of 5.

This position is on weekdays - 5 days a week. Please dont apply if you already work for someone else during the week.
Hours are a bit flexible, between 9am and 5pm or you could flex hours to be later in the day or earlier in the morning

Essential:
Stable Internet - Quiet workspace
Someone focused and communicative, with excellent english
Tasks include:
• handling all incoming
• Working in Canva - updating templates
• Handling enquiries, helping our members and helping out our other tea
• Researching, sending letters- monitoring social media messages
• Chatting with members -sending brochures, answering questions
• Adding links to online magazine, uploading into Issuu
• Uploading Podcast, transcripts
• Sending our
• Data entry, managing databases and working on Google Sheets
