Mobile Dental Clinic looking for a Full Time Virtual Assistant
We are a mobile dental clinic based in Sydney
We will be visiting nursing homes and retirement villages mainly but also schools and home visits for people unable to attend a dental surgery.
We will need your help
*Researching other people’s pages and looking at what they offer to create our page
*Customising Shopify Store Website
*be proficient in Microsoft office, fast typing and word processing.
* Great English level!!
*able to communicate online in writing managing emails and speaking on the phone with clients
* excellent customer service
*preparing daily sales report and inventory
*Check email and answer all inquiries and claims.
*Check inventory~lab orders, ensure all the works are in and out in the right dates
*Add products
*attention to detail
*Processing refunds/disputes (customers and suppliers)
*Tracking information/update
*customer Support ( to ensure the quality of our service and customer satisfaction)
*Graphics and Video Editing
*Posting and handling in Social Media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter.
*Reviewing Analytics Report to increase sales
*Reviews Management - (approve/hide) reviews
*Searching and Installing Apps to help manage the store smoothly
*SEO and other ad hoc tasks
*organising weekend visits to clients, sending medical histories to be completed previously to our visit, treatment plans to family members for approval and payment
*handling of documents (medical histories, treatment plans)
