Company Overview: We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team. Our company specializes in multifamily apartment investments.
Role Summary: This role involves a variety of digital tasks, including content editing, social media management, and learning new digital marketing tools. You will receive thorough training and regular support through SOPs and one-on-one meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Edit and publish video and audio content from our podcasts as guests from raw video
• Make bookings on Podcasts
• Manage social media posts, weekly newsletters, and email campaigns in go high level
• Produce and schedule content from previous podcasts and create infographics.
• Implement digital marketing strategies and maintain podcast pages.
Tools You'll Use: Buzzsprout, Zoom, LinkTree, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Buffer/Hootsuite, Otter.ai, Loom, Asana, Slack, Google Drive/Microsoft Office, Calendly, Descript, Outlook, Canva, Lastpass.
What We Offer:
• Flexible work hours and remote working options.

• Performance-based bonuses after a 3-month probationary period if retained full time.

Requirements:
• Quick learner with proactive skills in video editing and social media management.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for video chats 3-4 times a week.
