We're seeking someone to offer remote administrative assistance for Barsar Limited, remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar management and scheduling
- File Management (organising files using Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
- Inputting data and generating reports
- Creating and designing slideshows and PowerPoint presentations
- Supervising social media activity and overseeing comments
- Configuring autoresponders
- Scheduling appointments both internally and externally
- Assisting with reception tasks
- Arranging travel arrangements and itineraries
- Facilitating event organization and planning
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of online tools and software like Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Trello.
