**Job Title:** Tech Virtual Assistant (VA) for Speak Your Way To Cash®

**Job Description:**

**Overview:**
Speak Your Way To Cash® is seeking a highly versatile and organized Tech Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our innovative team. In addition to managing technical tasks and coordinating schedules, this role will involve overseeing social media channels, engaging with community members, making phone calls, and liaising with vendors.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Kartra Management:**
- Proficiently navigate and manage the Kartra platform for sales funnel optimization and automation.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and deploy targeted campaigns and promotions.

2. **Google Suite Administration:**
- Utilize Google Suite tools for efficient communication, scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain organized file structures and ensure seamless collaboration among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

3. **Calendar Management:**
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide timely reminders and updates to ensure optimal time management.

4. **Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:**
- Analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization to enhance productivity.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

5. **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and maintain the Speak Your Way To Cash® Facebook group and other social media channels.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and supportive online environment.
- Create and schedule content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to drive engagement and promote brand awareness.

6. **Vendor Communication:**
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and identify new vendors and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.

7. **Phone Communication:**
- Make outbound phone calls to clients, partners, and vendors to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, and gather information.
- Handle incoming calls and messages, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills in all phone interactions.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with proficiency in technical tasks, scheduling, and communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Kartra, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
