Looking for a smart and pleasing personality Virtual Assistant (Executive Assistant)

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a business owner managing multiple ventures, it is imperative that our Executive Assistant is dedicated to protecting our time and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, invoicing, and possess excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and messaging.

Responsibilities:

Time Management: Proactively manage and organize my schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, tasks, and personal commitments.

Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

Interviewing and Scheduling: Assist in the interviewing and hiring process for house cleaners. Schedule cleaning jobs efficiently and effectively.

Coordination: Coordinate with service providers to ensure schedules are met and jobs are completed to client satisfaction.

Sales Support: Provide support in sales activities, including follow-ups with potential clients. Opportunity to earn commissions on sales.

Database Management: Keep our records clean and easy to follow in our CRM.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in scheduling software and invoicing systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
