We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good communication skills for the virtual assistant position. Customer assistants provide timely customer support on a variety of tasks they need to complete.

The Customer Assistant’s responsibilities will be to:
-Meet with customers to learn and understand the tasks and projects they look to delegate
-Communicate with the customer to clarify task or project details
-Perform the task for the customer
-Troubleshoot issues, find solutions
-Following up with clients to make sure they are satisfied
-Invoicing Clients


Customer Assistant Proficiency Requirements:
-Proficient with Excel
-Experience with CRMs
-Experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or the like)
-Experience with Handling Social Media accounts and pages
-Experience with other online applications
-Great interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
-Good written and verbal communication
-Customer Service experience (preferred but not required)
-Quickbooks Experience (preferred but not required)


Position Structure
This is a full time position 40 hours per week
Shift Schedule: 11am-7pm New York Time (RD: Sat & Sun)
