Job Responsibilities:
Communication Management: Receive phone calls, texts, and
Correspondence Triage: Evaluate the urgency and importance of incoming correspondence and prioritize accordingly.
Scheduling: Utilize Planner to schedule appointments and meetings and manage deadlines.
Mail Distribution: Oversee daily mail distribution, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate parties.
Calendar Management: Maintain and update calendars to assist in planning and coordination of schedules.
Airbnb Coordination: Respond to Airbnb requests, manage bookings, and address inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Other various tasks as determined by management.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Experience with calendar management and planning.
Customer service experience is a plus, particularly with Airbnb or similar platforms.
