Job Overview:
This role is pivotal in managing and executing client job applications with precision and efficiency. We offer up to 30 hours per week with potential for a full-time transition. Successful candidates will play a critical role in our operations team, ensuring that client applications are processed accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit at least 20 job applications per hour with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries regarding application status and other relevant concerns.
Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneously, adhering to a strict Monday to Friday application schedule.
Conduct regular checks on job application platforms and email communications to ensure all client responses are addressed promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, virtual assistance, customer success, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks and client communication.
High proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with job application platforms.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently.
Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job application process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional client interaction.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and the discipline to adhere to scheduled work hours.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.

This is $3 per hour on probation and can increase to $4 after probation
