JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: Can hire 1 who can do both, or 1 of each.

Responsibilities:

1. **Ad Creative Development:**
- Conceptualize and design visually stunning static and video ads that align with the Wowie Life brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creative visual solutions.

2. **Video Production:**
- Develop video ads from concept to completion, including storyboarding, video shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Ensure that video content effectively communicates the desired message and engages the target audience.

3. **Static Ad Design:**
- Create eye-catching static ads for various platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements and brand guidelines.
- Optimize static creatives for different ad formats and placements.

4. **Collaboration with Copywriters:**
- Work closely with copywriters to integrate compelling copy with visual elements for cohesive and impactful ad campaigns.
- Provide creative input and feedback on copy to enhance overall ad effectiveness.

5. **Adaptation for Multiple Platforms:**
- Customize ad creatives for different platforms and ad specifications while maintaining brand coherence.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and platform requirements for social media advertising.

6. **Feedback and Revisions:**
- Respond to feedback from internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating changes to improve creative outcomes.
- Iterate on designs based on performance data and user feedback to optimize ad creatives over time.

7. **File Management and Organization:**
- Maintain a well-organized file structure for design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of files by teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing static and video ad design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs within established deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital advertising.
