**Digital Engagement**: Elevate our online presence by enhancing the You Tube Channel, website and social media platforms. Your efforts will help captivate existing and new audiences, expanding our reach to more prospective clients.
*** Video Editing** Must be proficient in Video editing for Real Estate marketing Video’s and Creative with Community Engagement Outreach Campaigns.
- **Marketing Creativity**: Develop engaging marketing collateral, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production. Your content will fuel our email blasts, digital ads, and social media posts, reels, shorts and formatting that is supporting all the marketing initiatives. Must know how to use Canva templates with embedded codes to direct customers to specific Landing Pages optimizing information relevant to the customers interests.
**Landing Pages** Must be able to create landing pages to direct customers with creative content including Canva templates along with engaging Video.
** Optimize SEO** Must know how to enhance Google and Business Google Page for optimal visual coverage in my area.
** Website Creation** Create engaging individual Websites for new home listings including Video walk through and photos. Also to include landing page links for Buyers and Sellers while capturing lead engagement for retargeting.
