As the Video and Podcast Editor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our podcast episodes' overall quality and appeal, and creating engaging and well edited videos. If you have the technical skills and knowledge to create engaging visual and audio content, we want you!

In this role, you will:

· Edit audio files to produce high-quality podcast episodes.

· Edit video files to produce engaging and captivating video podcast episodes and social media promotional snippets.

· Maintain the overall quality of audio production, including sound clarity, balance, and coherence.

· Create engaging and captivating videos with transitions that resonates with viewers and keeps them engaged.

· Meet deadlines for audio production, ensuring episodes are delivered on time and ready for release.

· Work independently, managing time effectively and prioritising tasks based on project timelines.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to develop innovative ideas and concepts for podcast episodes.
