Video Editor for Streaming & Personal Brand

I need someone to create clips, shorts and reels from twitch stream. If you DO NOT have any experience with twitch streams and creating shorts from long form content, DO NOT APPLY.
Need someone that knows how to create content for a personal brand, do nice captions for shorts and reels and HIGH quality video editing.
You will eventually be given more video editing tasks if showing great skills.
