Video Editor - YouTube + TikTok

I'm a content creator with over 250k followers on TikTok who is now beginning to create longer videos for YouTube.

I'm in search of a video editor to help with both the short-form and longer-form videos. This would require editing 1 YouTube video per week + 3-10 TikToks per week.

Edited YouTube videos are estimated to be between 7 and 15 minutes.

Videos are education-based, speaking from my own experience as one who quit my job to pursue entrepreneurship and content creation.

The vibe I'm going for is NOT like your average business bro account. I'm not interested in seeing your work that looks like it was inspired by Alex Hormozi or get-rich-quick guys with flashy cars.

Access to b-roll and music library to be provided. Some masking/simple animation work (in the style of Vox videos) required.

Bonus if you can also design thumbnails (but not the kind that look like they were made for Mr Beast's audience.)

Editing within Adobe Premiere and collaborating within Upgrade to see actual info is preferred.

Must be proficient in speaking/understanding English, as adding captions to my TikTok videos will be required as well.
