Davinci Resolve Video Editor (Social Media - Lead Generation)

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Davinci Resolve Video Editor who to join our team, specializing in social media content creation for lead generation purposes. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms. Must be able to work Monday-Friday during EST business hours. This role will be under the ScaledOn brand, but will be working directly with one of our partners as their dedicated Video Editor.

Core Responsibilities
Editing social media videos, using DaVinci Resolve & compatible graphics & animation software, with a focus on lead generation, utilizing captivating visuals and compelling narratives to drive audience engagement.
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video content strategies tailored to specific target audiences and platforms.
Ensuring all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media video editing and lead generation strategies.

Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, with a proven track record of creating & editing social media video for lead generation in sales.
2+ years of Advanced, hands on experience in video editing software DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficient in utilizing graphics or animation software (specifically Affinity Photo) that is compatible with DaVinci Resolve.
Delivering projects to the team coordinator for archival purposes, packaged in a self-contained folder with the project file.
A thorough understanding of social media ad formatting, including on-screen text placement and adherence to safe zones.
Proficiency in duplicating formats to suit various social media platforms such as 16x9, 1x1, and 9x16.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a hybrid team environment.
