Video Editor NEEDED! (experience required!)

I'm looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean edits as well as slick transitions to my ongoing videos. Must be FAST, effective, and have previous experience in EDITING! You must be able to add music, text, and make my videos look professional. Must speak English.
