**Position Overview:**
As a Video Editor at Wisen Productions, you will be responsible for editing and producing captivating videos for real estate listings, event coverage, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to bring our clients' visions to life and ensure that our content meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for real estate listings, event coverage, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Handle 6K resolution footage and export videos at 4K and lower resolutions.
- Showcase proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to produce high-quality content.
- Maintain a consistent color grade across all videos to enhance visual appeal and brand identity.
- Sync audio from multiple microphones to ensure clear and seamless sound quality.
- Incorporate music and sound effects to enhance storytelling and keep the audience engaged.
- Edit content for various formats, including horizontal and vertical videos, and adapt to different video lengths as required.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
- Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Participate in an initial test where you will edit some of our footage to demonstrate your editing skills and ability to match the quality of our content.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate or event coverage.
- Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience working with high-resolution footage (6K) and exporting videos at different resolutions.
- Strong understanding of color grading techniques and the ability to maintain a consistent look and feel across videos.
- Excellent audio editing skills, including syncing audio from multiple sources and balancing levels with music and sound effects.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
