JOB OVERVIEW

DC Practice Growth is a growing, global digital marketing agency and consultancy business, supporting private health practices in advancing their business and marketing. DC Practice Growth's vision is to serve the world’s chiropractic space in the advancement of their marketing strategies, boost their new patient influx and build towards record numbers and ultimately practice growth.

We are looking for a part time Video Editor who is passionate about social media, who can create epic short form videos from tons of our coaching and event footage to showcase on our social media networks. You will work closely with our Marketing Team & Videographer and be a key member of our team, being responsible for turning raw clips into amazing content to help leverage our social media platforms enhancing our brand visibility, drive web traffic, and generate leads for our products and events, whilst coming up with exciting and on trend content ideas.

**Approx 15 hours a week (UK hours BST / GMT)

Responsibilities:


- Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround content, selecting and editing segments from hours-long events and webinars into short engaging video content.
- Edit video content & repurpose footage / assets for multiple platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Work closely with the wider team collaborating on day to day content and for specific projects.
- Ensure consistency in style and quality across all content
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance video content and storytelling.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall production.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and content creation.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Able to work flexibly across the week - This is a part time role approx 15 hours a week M-F, working to UK hours (3-6pm BST) to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with experience assisting a content team to ensure consistent delivery.
- Very detail orientated with excellent organisation skills.
- Are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a love for video editing and social media content, with experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Previous experience working with social media content and re-versioning content for other platforms.
- Have experience of making short form videos
- Have a thorough understanding of the different social media platforms and current knowledge of social platform algorithms,
- Understand storytelling on social media, and what makes an engaging, shareable story.
