Video Editor

We are building a creative pipeline to make sure that we are regularly testing new creative ideas on our Facebook and Instagram ad accounts.

We need a video editor to take our existing video and image assets to turn them into great ads that drive people to our site to purchase. The right editor has a good sense of what makes a good ad. Know how to think about hook and hold rates, and has experience making ads already.

Each week you'll be responsible for delivering a few new video assets for us to test as ads. We'll then look at what works well, and repeat the process the following week with that new information.

Occasionally we'll inject new video content from the founder which you'll need to edit and chop up to make it more interesting and compelling.

We're looking for a part time role here, flexible at around 16-24 hours / week.
